An Awesome Ionized Recipe: Marinated Mahi-Mahi!

Ingredients: 

2 filets of mahi-mahi

3/4 cup of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of cayenne

2 tablespoons of lime juice

3 cups of ionized acidic water!

 

ionized coupleYou want to then whisk the oil, garlic, pepper, cayenne, salt and lime juice together in a bowl – and then once it is all mixed, throw it in a large Ziplock! Next, take your fish and soak it for about 10 minutes in your ionized acidic alkaline water. If you don’t have an ionized that offers this feature.. it’s time to upgrade! So yes, preheat a skillet on high. You want to start with the pan scathing hot so it gives a nice sear to your fish!

So! Now that your fish is nice and tender from the ionized acidic water – marinade it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. When your marinading is done, slap the fish on the pan and let it sear for 30 seconds. Turn and let sear for another 30, before turning the heat down to medium-low. Cook uncovered for about 3 minutes a side and voila! Incredibly healthy, tender and delicious fish!
